Guardian/Detergent Hospital Grade Disinfectant has been designed specifically for use in health care and other institutions where controlling the hazard of cross contamination is of prime importance.

It was proved to effectively clean, deodorise, sanitise and disinfect areas contaminated with HIV and other highly contagious viruses when it met the the stringent requirements of the TGA Test for Hospital Grade Disinfections under 'dirty' conditions.

It is used at a dilution rate of 20mls to one litre of water to disinfect hard surfaces such as walls, floors, sink tops, toilet bowls, tables, chairs, telephones and bed frames.

At that dilution it is used for general cleaning and disinfecting larger hospital and clinic areas such as operating rooms, patient care facilities and rest rooms.

To control mould and mildrew it is used at a dilution rate of 10mls to 2.5 litres of water when it is applied to pre-cleaned, hard, non-porous surfaces with a cloth, mop or sponge.

At a dilution rate of 10mls to 6.3 litres of water it is used to sanitising previously cleaned and rinsed non-porous food contact surfaces such as tanks, chopping blocks and counter tops as well as for drinking glasses and eating utensils.

It is also used to sterilize food contact items such as bottles used in home brewing and other items used to store food in.

ROIL - The motor saver

I added Roil to the motor of my car after my friend Daphne Gentle told me how she drove her 4-wheel drive vehicle 35 kms through the Daintree Rainforest without oil to a garage without damaging the engine.
"We cracked the sump on a paritcularly rough stretch and consequently lost all of the oil. We were in an isolated spot and 'I said to my husband, Reg, we've got Roil in the motor and if its anywhere near as good as I've heard it is we'll get öut of this without hurting the motor."
And they drove that car for a couple of years after that. Reg and Daph had a job which took them to all of the remote Aboriginal Communities in North Queensland and in the Gulf Country.
Additionally they drove backward and forewards to Coffs Harbour once every six months. So that car of those racked up a lot of miles.
I was glad I followed Daph's advice when I drove my 1980 Toyota Corona on two occasions on the same day. I had difficulty starting the car on both occasions and was about to call the NRMA when it started and off I went on my merry way.
On the last occasion I drove some 30kms to a hospital to see a friend. I thought "there"s something wrong with this car. I wonder if its low on oil."
I lifted the bonnet in the hospital car park I was taken back by the horrible smell which came from the motor.
I took out the dip stick and there wasn't a skerick of oil on it. All up I must have driven 70kms on that day.
I let the car cool down. Put some oil in the motor and have not had an ounce of trouble since. Which is amazing. By rights I should have cooked it.
I found out just how really lucky I was about a month later.
I hadn't driven the car for a few weeks as I was away. When I came back I took it to the mechanic for a general service and he said "there's hardly any oil in the motor. Has it been leaking?" I said it hadn't. He went on a major search for the cause. Luckily, he looked at the oil pressure switch and found it was faulty. He commented that when that happened oil usually went everywhere as there was a buildup of 40lbs pressure behind it ..but in my car's case it just went somewhere and as far as I knew I wasn't driving along blowing vast clouds of smoke.

Iron Overload

The incidence of iron accummulating in the body and causing damage to the major organs is becoming more common. There are two types of iron overload - haemosidererosis and haemochromatosis.

Haemosidererosis is described as a general increase in tissue iron without tissue destruction.

Haemochromatosis however is more serious and is often referred to as rusting. In this condition iron accummulates mainly in the liver, spleen and pancreas. But, iron deposits have also been found in the heart, joints, lymph nodes, skin and even the brain.

Iron and copper are closely related. Iron cannot be used by the body without adequate copper reserves and a person with a copper deficiency will retain iron because the body will stop eliminating it. If this person also ingests large amounts of Vitamin C, the iron overload will multiply further as Vitamin C enhances iron absorption, while antagonising copper absorption.

Recommended treatment for the condition are colloidal plant derived minerals such as NEWAYS
Feroxin and multivitamins such as NEWAYS Orachel as opposed to singular ingestions of large amounts of either minerals and vitamins.

High Blood Pressure

A number of drugs are usually used to treat Hypertertension (high blood pressure). It is not unusual for people to take these drugs on a life long basis, if nothing is done to address the underlying cause of the problem which is usually mental/emotional or physical stress.

The drugs prescribed are either diuretics which work by taking water out of the system to reduce the blood pressure or reduce the pressure by dilating the blood vessels.

Toxic Shock

Even though I spent much of my life as a journalist working in the financial, international trade and general fields I am ashamed to say that until recently I hadn't paid a great deal off attention to the havoc that chemicals and toxins in personal care and household items could wreak on human health. For sometime I co-ordinated an enviromental action group and through that became involved with a Toxin Action Group which fought to have certain farm chemicals banned. Through these two groups I saw at first hand the effects of some of these chemicals. But my biggest toxic shock from encountering chemical abuse began after I joined the multi-levelling marketing company NEWAYS as a distributor.
